For the Astral/Emotional Body
Tuning Forks used on the Meridians and Chakras to balance, stimulate or
sedate the organs of the body. Using colored light at the same
time, with it's higher vibration, increases the vibrational frequency
of the tuning forks. The colored lights can also be used alone
directly on the body for improving ailments.
For the Mental Body
Colored glasses with gels made from flower essences. The eyes are
related to the mental plane. The colored glasses have a direct
impact on the eyes, the nervous system, the meridians and chakras from
the inside.
Guided Visualization/Imagery
The process of engaging the senses: vision, hearing, smell, taste,
touch and movement can be used in a direct way to help the mind and
body heal and stay healthy. A guided body centered journey
fosters a sense of deep relaxation combining audio suggestions and
sound for healing.
