In the State of Virginia, a
wedding license is required. A license can be obtained at the Circuit
Court Clerk's office in any locality in the state of Virginia.
*There is a fee for the license. You will need cash for the license. $30-$40.
*Most licenses are good for 60 days.
*Both parties must be 18 years of age and have a picture I.D.
*No blood test and not waiting period.

Fees: $150-$195 for a wedding in the Virginia Beach area.
Includes a meeting with the
couple, help with writing your vows and performing the ceremony. There
is an additional fee of $50-$75 for the rehearsal. All fees increase
when meetings or travel distance is added. Day of the week and holidays
are also a consideration. An online wedding ceremony samples booklet is
available once a deposit is made and the wedding is scheduled for my
services.
