Yoga for Better Backs
Through a series of easy yet powerful healing exercises this yoga
class combines the most effective back care principles of body
alignment, somatic awareness movements and medical research. You
will learn to adapt yoga postures to your body’s needs; slow down and
listen to your body; relax body and mind through supported yoga
postures and breathing techniques. This workshop is especially helpful for people who want to do yoga and other activities but find them painful.
Dawn
Kenny, M.S. is a certified yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in
Exercise Physiology. She has advanced training in Viniyoga,
